What owners ask us first
Do I need a new phone number?
No. In most cases we connect the WhatsApp Business number you already use, and you can keep using the WhatsApp Business app on your phone at the same time. If you prefer, we can set Tiqora up on a separate number.
Will my customers know they're talking to an assistant?
Tiqora replies in your business name, in a short and friendly style, in English or Arabic. When a question needs you, it tells the customer you'll reply shortly and alerts you on your phone.
Do I or my staff need to install anything?
No. Your dashboard opens in the browser on any phone or laptop. Customers just use WhatsApp.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
If you want to continue, it's AED 199 per month per branch, paid monthly. If not, we switch it off and your WhatsApp works exactly as before.
What if I stop paying or want to leave?
There's a 7-day grace period, then the assistant pauses. Your number, your chats and your customer list stay with you, and we send you a full export if you ask.
Can I change prices, hours or offers myself?
Yes. You change services, prices, durations, staff hours and packages from your dashboard, and Tiqora uses the new details straight away.
